陶瓷厂房粉尘浓度检测仪的设计与分析

摘    要:依据光强散射理论,采用后向散射法研制了一种新型陶瓷粉尘浓度检测仪.该检测仪利用新型光纤传感器分别检测不同浓度下的陶瓷粉尘样本浓度,通过实验得出了陶瓷粉尘浓度值与测量电压值呈线性关系.检测仪性能稳定、测量准确、性价比高,能够广泛应用于陶瓷生产中.

Abstract:Based on the intensity theory of light,we have developed a novel ceramic dust concentration detecting instrument.In the experiment,new type optical fiber sensor is used to detect different concentrations of ceramic dust samples.The results show that dust concentration value and measurement voltage value in a linear relationship.By practical test,because of stable performance of the measuring device,high measurement accuracy and cost-effectiveness,the device can be widely used in ceramic production.
