| 摘 要： | 根据牛磺酸的两性电离特性和氨基酸与离子交换树脂之间的反应,建立了一个新的离子交换平衡模型.使用该模型对不同离子强度下的牛磺酸在D290树脂上的相平衡数据进行回归,并考察了实验条件下相平衡数据的稳定性.结果表明,该模型可以准确地描述牛磺酸在碱性D290树脂上的相平衡;在不同离子强度的氨基酸相平衡条件下,模型中的两个参数保持稳定.

| Abstract: | According to the dissociation characteristic of taurine and the reactions between taurine and the base ion exchange resin,a new model for the ion exchange equilibrium of taurine on the base ion exchange resin was developed.The model was validated with the equilibrium data of taurine on D290 resin.Results show that in the different ionic strength of the solution,both of the parameters in the model are constant,and the model could predict the equilibria of taurine on D290 resin accurately. |
