| 摘 要： | 在我国大力发展创新型经济,建设创新型国家的进程中,无疑对创新创业人才的需求也将越来越大。高职高专创新创业人才培养的关键,一是＂双师型＂教师队伍的建设,二是学生实践能力的培养。这两个问题的有效解决,必定为高职高专学生创业打下坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | In China＇s great development of innovative economy and establishment of an innovative country,there is no doubt that it gives more requirements to innovative talents.Two keys to the cultivation of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges are construction of a double profession teaching team and cultivation of students＇ practical techniques.Effective solutions to the two probems are bound to produce a strong foundation for students＇ employment at higher vocational colleges. |
