| 摘 要： | 动脉功能及结构改变是导致临床心血管疾病的主要原因，动脉功能改变的早期发现已作为心血管病早期检测的首要指标．临床一直期待着血管早期病变检测技术的问世．目前，一种新的血管监测技术在临床的应用使这种期待变为现实，即血管回声跟踪技术．本文就该技术在评价颈动脉病变的临床砬用方面进行综述．

| Abstract: | The changes of arterial structures and functions are the main cause to lead to cardiovascular disease,and the early detection of arterial functional changes has been regarded as a principal index to early diagnose cardiovascular disease.Clinicians have been expecting a detection technique to find early lesions of blood vessels,and recently Echo-tracking of blood vessels made it. The autor reviews the clinical application of this technique in evaluating carotid lesions. |
