数控卧车上G02/G03的判别原理及方法

摘    要:卧式车床由于刀架前置、后置两种配置,造成人们对顺时针插补G02、逆时针插补G03判别混淆的现象、针对这种情况,本文从数控机床坐标系设置原理上分析说明顺时针、逆时针插补方向的规定方法及造成混淆的原因,并总结刀架前、后置时判别是G02或G03的简单方法.

Abstract:Because of two putting methods of tool post before or behind the spindle on the horizontal-spindle numerically controlled lathe, people usually confuse the judging of CW(clockwise direction) interpolation command(G02) and CCW (counterclockwise direction) interpolation command(G03) With the situation, this paper, using the principle of setting coordinate system, analyses the regulation methods about CW and CCW, and explains why people confuse it, then concludes a simple judging method for G02 and G03
