| 摘 要： | 从品质管理的角度论述了制造业中对提供原材料的供应商如何建立系统的管理体制，以利于有效地对供应商进行优化选择，持续保证原材料的进货品质的问题，并从定期评价供应商、与供应商的沟通联络、供应商审核以及对供应商指导等4个方面简要论述了供应商管理体制的运营方法。

| Abstract: | From the vision of quality management, this paper discusses how to establish the management system of suppliers who supply materials to the manufacturing companies, being helpful to the manufacturing companies to choose the best suppliers and ensure the quality of materials, and briefly discusses on the operation method of the suppliers management system from four aspects of making the evaluation of the suppliers periodically, communicating with the suppliers, auditing the suppliers and guiding the suppliers. |
