黄鳝隐藏新棘虫部分生物学特性参数的测定

摘    要:采用虫体透明和生物学统计的方法研究了黄鳝隐藏新棘虫的特性.结果表明:隐藏新棘虫的性比约为1:1,体长较小的隐藏新棘虫所占的比例较大;隐藏新棘虫雄虫躯干部的生长速度明显快于吻部和颈部,雌性隐藏新棘虫躯干、吻和颈的生长速度基本一致。

Abstract:The Neosentis celatus of biological characteristics were studied in this experiment through the methods of transparence and biological statistic. And the results showed that the sex ratio of the parasites was about one to one; Different body length range of the parasites had different proportion which showed the proportion of little parasites was higher, and the most parasites founded in study were in early growth phase; With the developing of the male parasites, the ratio of length of body and proboscis, the ratio of body length and neck increased step by step, growth rate of body length was obviously quicker than that of proboscis and neck. But for female, the ratio of length of body and proboscis, the ratio of body length and neck kept almost the same, growth rate of body length was slow and kept the same step with that of proboscis and neck.
