摘    要:使用韧性损伤判据,剪切损伤判据和MSFLD损伤判据分别对铝合金薄壁管在三点弯曲(3PB)和轴向冲击载荷作用下的试验进行有限元模拟.模拟结果表明:铝合金薄壁管在三点弯曲(3PB)和轴向冲击载荷作用下,随着薄壁管上的应力状态的不断变化,损伤形式主要是韧性损伤,剪切损伤和MSFLD损伤的组合,单一的损伤模型无法全面地描述铝合金薄壁管在复杂应力条件下的损伤及变形行为.模拟结果的载荷-位移曲线与试验的载荷-位移曲线吻合得很好.同时,轴向冲击模拟结果显示出铝合金薄壁管具有很好的吸能性.

Abstract:FEM simulation of three-point bending and dynamic axial crashing were preformed for thin-wall aluminum extruded tubes by using ductile damage criteria,shear damage criteria,and MSFLD damage criteria.The results of simulation showed that the damage forms of the tubes under three point bending and axial crushing loading were a mixture of ductile damage,shear damage and MSFLD damage with ever-changing stress states within the tubes.Any single damage model can't describe adequately the damage and deformation behaviors of aluminum extrusion tubes.Simulated loading-displacement curve was consistent very well with the measured one.At the same time,the results of axial crushing simulation showed that the thin-wall aluminum tubes have a good ability of energy absorption.
