| 摘 要： | 甲午战争表明,科举制度不能御敌保国,已失去其育才造士、任官御悔的作用.康有为严厉批判科举制度,提出改革主张.时代前进的潮流终将淘汰腐朽的科举制度,进而创建新的育人选官机制.

| Abstract: | The Sino-Japanese War of Jiawu indicated that the system couldn't resist the enemy and defend the nation.It lost their functions,which were to educate people of ability and cultivate talents;appoint officials and resist foreign aggression.Kang Youwei,criticized the system severely,menanwhile,he advocated reforming.The forward trend of the times would eliminate the decadent system at last,then establish the new system of training and appointing officials to accept the great challenge in 20 [th] century. |
