板坯电磁制动器的设计

摘    要:阐述了电磁制动的原理,设计了电磁制动的基本结构,冷却系统以及装配方案.改进了线圈的结构设计,增强了电磁制动效果和节约了电能的消耗.对板坯电磁制动与冶金效果的关系进行了研究.结果表明,在恒稳电磁场作用下,钢液内形成的与钢液流动相反的电磁力可有效地控制钢液流动,稳定液面波动,有利于夹杂物的去除,减少气隙,改善板坯钢材的结晶组织的形成,提高板坯的质量.

Abstract:It is elaborated the electromagnetic brake principle, and have designed the electromagnetic brake basic structure and the basic electric circuit, is elaborated the cooling system as well as the assembly plan. It is improved the coil structural design, strengthened the electromagnetic brake effect and saved the electrical energy consumption. It has conducted the research to tube blank electromagnetic brake with the metallurgy effect relations as well as the influence electromagnetic brake effect factor. The findings indicated that, under the permanent steady electromagnetic field function. In the steel fluid, the forms flows the opposite electromagnetic force with the steel fluid to be possible effectively to control the steel fluid to flow, the stable liquid level undulation. It is advantageous to inclusion removing, reduces the air gap, the improvement tube blank steel products crystallization organization's formation, and enhances the tube blank the quality.
