高羊茅对铅递进胁迫的生理响应

摘    要:采用盆栽试验,研究了铅递进胁迫处理对高羊茅叶片脂质过氧化程度、叶绿素含量、渗透调节物质及叶片抗氧化系统等的影响。结果表明:随着铅处理浓度的升高,高羊茅叶片膜质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,保护酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈现先增高后降低的趋势;高浓度铅引起叶绿素降解,叶片可溶性蛋白质含量降低,可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸(Pro)积累,抗坏血酸-谷胱氨酸(ASA—GSH)循环代谢加强,抗坏血酸(ASA)含量增加。

Abstract:The effects of Pb~2 increased stress on lipid peroxidation,chlorophyll content,osmotica and antioxidant systems in leaves of tall fescue(Festuca pratensis)were studied.The results showed that the content of malondialhyde(MDA) increased while antioxidant enzymes,superoxide dismutase(S0D)and catalase(CAT)activities ascended in the first and then fell at the last with enhancing treatment concentration.High concentration Pb~2 led to a reduction in contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein,caused the accumulation of soluble sugar and free proline(Pro)in leaves,enhanced ascorbate-glutathione(ASA-GSH)cycle metabolism,and increased ascrobate(ASA) content in leaves.
