| 摘 要： | 司法公正是法治国家中最重要的公正形态,遏制司法腐败,不仅要依靠司法制度改革,而且也要依靠法官职业道德建设。法官职业道德是司法公正的重要保障,其中包括“中立”、“独立”、“严谨”、“廉洁”、“勤勉”等具体要求。加强法官职业道德建设,应当注重教育、保障和惩戒三方面工作。

| Abstract: | Judicial justice is of great importance in the law-governing countries. Prevention against corruption depends not only on its reforms but also on itsethics construction. Judicial justice is guaranteed by the judges' professionalethics, including such requirements as "being neutral, independent, strict and honest". Education, insurance and penalty should be stressed in strengthening thejudges' professional ethics construction. |
