摘    要:本文依据单晶体变形的力学和晶体学特征,建立了双晶体形变的三维有限元模型,并用该方法研究了内界面变形协调条件对双晶体变形的影响,对进一步研究晶界对材料形变、断裂的影响具有积极的意义。

Abstract:A 3D FEM model has been established for deformed f.c.c. bicrystal accordingto mechanical and crystaline rnechanism of single crystal deformation,The effect of interfacecompatibility on Stress-strain field of deformed bicrystal near grain boundary has been studied by means of this model.It also has a further significance for studying effect of interfaceon deformation,fracture etc,of meterials.
