金属微粒-电介质复合材料的高频电磁特性

摘    要:利用高频电磁波作用下金属微粒的等效偶极子模型,考虑表面衰减而引入金属颗粒的归-化电磁参数,由等效介质理论(EMT)得到推广的Bruggeman公式计算了金属颗粒-电介质复合材料等效电磁参数随入射波频率的变化.对于无磁性金属微粒所形成的复合材料,较高的等效电容率的虚部反映了复合材料具有一定的磁损耗和较强的吸波特性,等效磁导率的实部小于1显示出抗磁性.

Abstract:Based on the effective dipole model of conducting particles impinged by high frequency electromagnetic wave,the improved Bruggeman formulas included the renormalized permittivity and renormalized permeability that take into account effective of surface retardation are derived by effective media theory(EMT).Numerical results exhibit the properties of effective electromagnetic parameters of mental particle-dielectric composites with frequency.For nonmagnetic mental particle composites,the high imaginary parts of effective permittivity reveal the loss of magnetic and strong absorbing wave property,the real parts of effective permeability smaller than 1 reveal its diamagnetism.
