体育系学生综合工作能力培养系统之研究

依据系统科学理论，结合体育系学生未来工作性质、特点，分析了体育系学生在校学习期间自我综合工作能力的培养过程。结果表明，体育系学生日我综合工作能力培养过程，是一个开放性的动态网络大系统。在这个系统中，因不同的人受主、客观及其它因素的影响和制约，又可分为３种不同类型的培养子系统，不同系统培养出来的学生，从毕业后实际工作检验情况看，存在着明显的差异。这种差异性，为我们建立具有良好功能的学生综合能力培养系统工程，提供了理论依据。

STUDIES ON THE SYSTEM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OFTHE COMPREHENSIVE CAPABILITIES OF THE PHYSICAL-MAJORING STUDENTS

Based on theory of system science and associated with the analyses of the nature and features oftheir future works , the author analyzed the system for the development of the comprehensive capabili-ties of the physical-majoring students. The results show that the such development of the comprehensivecapebilities of the students is in an opon , dynamic, network-like grand system from which three sub-systems for the training of the students can be derived if we based the studies on the subjective and ob-jective factors affecting and regulating various kinds of students, Students trained from different sys-tems show out standing differences in the actual performance after their graduation. it is the differencethat provides the theoretical basis for the construction of a well-functioning developing system projectfor improving the comprehensive capabilities of the students.
