KPC页岩抑制剂作用机理的研究

摘    要:用KPC页岩抑制剂对安丘膨润土和英国评价土进行了吸附试验。试验结果表明,KPC易于吸附在英国评价土上。用沉降分析仪对页岩颗粒的粒度进行了分析,用KPC对钻井液处理后,其粗颗粒有所增加.肢体率测定结果进一步证实,用KPC对钻井液进行处理后,其胶体享有所下降。高温高压实验说明,用KPC处理后的钻井液形成可压缩性的致密滤饼,改善了钻井液的滤失性能。研究表明,KPC页岩抑制剂能抑制粘土水化分散,具有防止井壁坍塌的优良效果。应用实例证明室内试验研究结果与KPC的现场使用效果是相互吻合的。

Abstract:The adsorption test of the inhibitor KPC on Anqiu montmorihollite and Englishevaluation clay shows that KPC can be easily adsorpted by English evaluation clay.Grainanalysis by settler shows the increase of coarse grain of the drilling fluid when it ls treated byKPC. The test at high temperature and high pressure showed that the drilling fluids treated byKPC can form the compressible filtrating cake, which improved filtrating property of thedrilling fluids. The study proves that the inhibitor(KPC)possess the remarkable effectivenessof protecting well wall from collapes. The application results showed that the experimentalresult in laboratory was agreeable with that used in oilfield.
