摘    要:以宽窄行种植方式为处理,传统均匀垄种植方式为对照,研究了不同宽窄行处理对玉米不同叶位叶片从叶尖伸出直至衰老过程中叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白含量的影响。实验结果表明,处理间随着宽行距的增加,不同叶位叶片的叶绿素a+b含量、叶绿素a含量均增加;叶绿素b含量在基部叶片和下部叶片中随宽行距增加而增加。不同叶位叶片的可溶性蛋白含量在宽窄行处理和均匀垄处理之间均有显著性差异,可见两种宽窄行种植方式可延缓玉米叶片衰老,特别是基部叶片和下部叶片,促使中下部叶片功能期延长,从而增加产量。图3,表6,参18。

Abstract:The chlorophyll and soluble protein contents in maize leaves from emergence to senescence grown under the wide/narrow rows and the conventional uniform ridge were investigated.The cropping patterns with wide and narrow rows can promote the extension of the basal leaves,and delay the senescence process.With the increase in spacing,the chlorophyll a+b and chlorophyll contents in different leaves increased.The chlorophyll b content in the basal and lower leaves also increased simultaneously.Significant differences in soluble protein content of maize leaves were observed among treatments,which further provide evidence to the delay of leaf senescence by wide spacing.
