| 摘 要： | 本文采用高效的ＭＩＧ焊工艺方法，选择抗裂性能较好的单相奥氏体不锈钢焊丝和耐磨ＥＴ－２００Ｋ焊条对ＺＧＭｎ１３进行了焊接工艺试验，制定了ＺＧＭｎ１３钢ＭＩＧ焊的可行性工艺，分析了焊接接头组织及性能，结果表明：确定的焊接工艺能保证焊接质量且焊接接头具有与母材相当的耐磨性。

| Abstract: | In this paper,by means of effective MIG welding method,the welding technology of high manganese steel is tested. Using good crack resistance stainless steel welding wire with single phase austenite and wear resistance ET-200K coated electrode.A reliable MIG welding technology for high manganese steel is worke out.The microstructures and mechanical properties are analysed.The experimental results show that the welding technology draw up by us can ensure welding quality and the wear-resistance of the welded joint is equal to that of base metal. |
