复合芳香纤维皮芯层材料的流变性能研究

摘    要:报导了用HAAKE流变仪对芳香纤维皮层和芯层材料的流变性能研究,实验结果表明,皮芯层材料熔体均呈现切力变稀特性,而芯层非牛顿指数n值较小且随香料含量增加其粘度下降明显.研究结果为确定合理的芯层组成比和纺丝加工工艺等提供了理论依据.

Abstract:In this paper the research for rheological properties of sheath and core of fragrant fibers by HAAKE rheometer has been reported. Experimental results indicated that the both melt of sheath and core presented shear - thinning property . And, the non - Newtonian index n of core component was lower, on the other hand, the viscosity decreased remarkably with the increase of amount of perfume. The results of research provided the theoretical basis for establishment of reasonable core content ratio and spinning process technology.
