摘    要:对密封消解石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中全钼的各参数条件进行研究。建立密封消解石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中全钼的方法。在最佳测试条件下,钼方法检出限为0.32μg/L,测定相对标准偏差为1.1%,样品加标回收率为92.7%-102.2%.用于土壤中全钼的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:The determination of total molybdenum in soil by sealing digestion graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was studied to establish a method for determination of total molybdenum in soil by sealing digestion graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Under the proposed conditions, the detection limit of molybdenum was 0.32 μg/L, the RSD between 1.1%. The sample recoveries were in the range of 92.7% - 102.0%. The method is rapid, convenient, accurate, sensitive and suitable for determination of molybdenum in soil.
