镍基自熔合金激光熔敷层的组织和干摩擦磨损特性

摘    要:研究了几种不同成份的Ni基自熔合金激光熔敷层的组织和干摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,熔敷层的耐磨性远高于淬火态GCr15钢,其中以Ni21+WC+CeO2合金熔敷层的耐磨性最好,磨损机制主要是磨粒磨损和部分粘着磨损。

Abstract:This article gives systematic studies on the microstructure and tribology behaviors of laser remelted alloy coatings.The results show that the wear resistance of cladding layer has been significantly improved than GCr15 steel and that of Ni 21 WC CeO 2 is the best. The wear mechanism mainly includes abrasion and part adhesion according to experiment conditions.
