摘    要:实验发现,小面积非晶硅电池经光照后,不仅转换效率下降,最大功率点也要发生移动。由非晶硅薄膜的不均匀性,各小面积电池的最大功率点的移动也不相同,引起最大功率点更加分散,因而给大面积电池带来额外的衰降。经过理论分析,计算了最大功率点分散造成的功率扣,提而估算了这种额外降的大上。结果表明,对一个单元的大面积电池,附加降并不太大;而对串联集成后的电池,附加衰降比较严重。对这个结果和所用的方法进行了讨论。

Abstract:It was found from our experiments that the maximum power points(MPP )of small area hydrogenated amorphous silicon(a-Si : H)solar cells shifted during illumination, The shifts of MPP in these solar cells are different due to The inhomogeneity of the a- Si:H films,which makes the dispersion of MPP increase and leads to the additional degradation in Large area cells composed of small area cells.In this paper, the relations between the dispersion of MPP and the degradation of performance in a-Si :H solar cells are discussed :and the ranges of the additional degradation for unitary cells and submodule are analysised andcacluated through a simplified model. Our results show that the additionaldegradation is little in unitary cells, but considerable in large submobule. The method and results are discussed in this paper.
