玻璃窑炉工作池(无料道)温度控制系统的研究

摘    要:本文根据实际工艺对玻璃窑炉工作池温度的高精确度控制的要求,测试出工作池温度对象的数学模型,分析了温度对象存在较大纯滞后对温控质量的影响,制定出工作池温度微机控制的Sith预倍补偿、串级调节方案,拟出了程序框图,并对其进行了数字仿真,表明该系统对工作池温度波动的抑制有较好的控制效果。

Abstract:In this papar, according to temperature control requirement in actual technogy in the work pond of an alass oven,we have measured mathematical model of temperture object In the work pond, analyzed effect of temperature object on temperature control quality in large stganation, morked out the scheme of smith predictable comp-enstion and cascade control in microcompuler control in the work p-ond, drawn, the frame figure of program and made numerical si mu -lation in a computer. The results have proved that the system is possessed of better control result in controlling temperature change in the work pond.
