| 摘 要： | 采用不同的硒的质量分数对蜜环菌进行了补硒培养,研究了硒对蜜环菌丝体蛋白质和胞内外多糖质量分数的影响.结果表明:在本实验设计的浓度范围内,硒能够促进胞外多糖的分泌,但胞内多糖质量分数先升后降,在5mg/L时达到最高水平;在0~20mg/L范围内,蛋白质含量与硒处理浓度呈正相关,之后呈下降趋势.

| Abstract: | The effect of Selenium on the content of intern or extern polysaccharide and protein of Armillaria mellea was studied,through culturing in medium with different selenium concentrations.The results indicated that within the concentration range of this experiment,Selenium could improve the production of extern polysaccharide,but intern polysaccharide content rises first and then drops and the highest level arrived at 5 mg/L.From 0 to 20 mg/L,protein content was positively correlated with Selenium concentration,and then intended to drop. |
