摘    要:近年来,全球气候不断恶化,我国连年发生严重风雪灾害引起建筑物的破坏、倒塌事故,造成巨大经济损失和人员伤亡。为真实反映当前雪荷载的实际情况,通过辽宁省气象局提供的雪荷载资料对辽宁地区各个城市的降雪情况进行统计分析,分别用矩法和耿贝尔法计算出辽宁地区的基本雪压值,并采用柯尔莫哥洛夫检验法对分布函数进行检验,最后分别和规范取值及相关文献的计算结果进行对比分析。结果表明在大多数情况下采用耿贝尔法计算的基本雪压效果较好,并且规范中一些地区基本雪压取值明显偏小,建议在修订时应考虑将其提高,在规范基本雪压取值未修订前,对于雪灾严重地区或对雪荷载敏感的结构类型,建议在原基本雪压基础上乘以一定的放大系数。

Calculation and analysis of basic snow pressure value
Abstract:Global climate is deteriorating in recent years. A lot of buildings have collapsed and more buildings suffered all kinds of damages because snowstorm disasters take place from time to time in China, which has caused heavy casualties and huge economic losses. In order to reflect truly the actual situation of the current snow load, the snow load data for various cities in Liaoning Province provided by the Liaoning Provincial Meteorological Bureau are statistically estimated and analyzed. The basic snow pressure values in Liaoning Province are worked out through Moment method and Gumbel method. Distillation function is tested by Kolmogorov goodness-of-fit. Finally, the calculation results are done a comparative analysis with the value in current design codes and in the correlative literature. The calculation results show that basic snow pressure value that are worked out through Gumbel method is better in most cases and basic snow pressure values of some areas in current design codes are too small. Therefore, the basic snow pressure values of some areas should be increased when the codes are revised. The basic snow pressure values of the heavy snowstorm areas and snow-load-sensitive structure should be multiplyed an amplification factor in calculation before the codes are revised.
