摘    要:用正己烷-醇体积比为5∶5的混合溶剂作为展开剂,碘蒸汽为显色剂,建立了十字花科植物中莱菔硫烷薄层色谱定性分析的方法。并运用相同的方法对甘蓝和白菜种子的粗提液进行鉴别,实验表明甘蓝种子中含少量莱菔硫烷,白菜种子中几乎不含这种物质;并用HPLC对其进行分析验证。该方法操作简便,专属性强,斑点清晰,无需大型仪器和特殊试剂,适用于多个样品的低价快速检测。

Abstract:In this article,a thin-layer chromatography(TLC) qualitative analysis method for the isolation and identification of sulforaphane in broccoli seeds is reported.The conditions employed were: the solvent system of hexane-ethanol was a 5 5 mixed solution;the color development reagent was iodine rapor.This method was also used to identify components in the crude extracts of cabbage and Chinese cabbage seeds.The results showed that the content of sulforaphane in the former was less than that in broccoli and that in the latter was low.HPLC was also employed to analyze the same samples.The TLC method is simple,reliable,specific,and inexpensive,and does not require any large equipment or special reagents;moreover,the spots are clearly observable.The method is suitable for rapid analysis of many samples.
