摘    要:为了研究不同含水率工况下木材试件的裂纹发展,探寻含水率对木材的力学性能影响和裂纹演化规律。以0、10%、20%、30%、40%及50%含水率的雪松木试件为研究对象,利用力学试验机和声发射设备收集在荷载下木材发出的声发射能量信号。结果表明,不同含水率下木试件的裂纹演化规律与声发射检测得出的结果一致。含水率越高,试件的裂纹发展越平缓,承载能力也越低,说明振铃计数和能量可以准确反映出木材的损伤,木材的裂纹演化程度与含水率成反比。试验结果为进一步研究含水率与木材的影响关系提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to study the crack development of wood specimens under different moisture contents, the influence of moisture content on the mechanical properties of wood and the law of crack evolution were explored. Taking cedar wood specimens with 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% moisture content as the research object, the acoustic emission energy signals emitted by wood under load were collected by mechanical testing machine and acoustic emission equipment. The results show that the crack evolution pattern of wood specimens at different moisture contents is consistent with the results obtained from acoustic emission testing. The higher the moisture content is, the slower the crack development of the specimen is, and the lower the bearing capacity is, which indicates that the ringing count and energy can accurately reflect the damage of wood, and the crack evolution of wood is inversely proportional to the moisture content. The experimental results provide a reference for further study on the relationship between moisture content and wood.
