| 摘 要： | 从90年代的户型到21世纪的户型,随着社会的发展人们对于户型的要求也越来越高,二室二厅、三室二厅等户型建筑面积应控制在什么范围比较合理,各个功能房又需要多大才合理,这都是开发商和设计者有待考虑的问题。
