摘    要:用均匀设计法考察了超声频率、超声时间和溶剂的用量对巴旦杏仁油提取率的影响,得到巴旦杏仁油超声提取的优化工艺条件。与常规的提取法相比,超声提取具有提取时间短、收率高、无需加热的特点。

Abstract:The influence of ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic time and solvent content on the extraction rate of fatty oil in Amygdalus Communis L. are studied. The optical condition has been obtained. Results shows that the ultrasonic extraction method of fatty oil in Amygdalus Communis L. could saves time, improves extraction rates, and need not be heated. Compared lo traditional extraction method, the ultrasonic extraction method is a better one.
