轮轴间过盈量对动态变形量的影响

摘    要:针对压装后轮轴在车辆运行中发生的松动、裂纹等现象,以轮轴间过盈量为研究对象,应用Hypermesh软件对车轮和车轴分别建立三维有限元模型,将轮对有限元模型导入到ANSYS软件中进行模态计算,将计算数据导入到车辆系统动力学模型中,进而建立刚柔耦合车辆系统动力学模型,进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,轮轴间预应力的大小与过盈量基本上成正比,其分布在轮毂处且较均匀,在轮毂边缘处达到最大值;轮轴间变形量最大值在车轮轮毂内侧,车轮轮毂外侧变形量相对较小;轮轴间过盈量取值为0.31~0.37mm时,其变形量较小,有利于减缓轮轴间动态作用。

Abstract:The interference fit is taken to install the wheel and axle. While the phenomenon such as loose and crack after the installation exists when vehicle running. So the interference is taken as the research object. The three dimensional finite element models of wheel and axle are established by Hypermesh. Using the results of FE modal calculation proceeded by ANSYS, the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic models of vehicle system are established to carry out the simulation analysis. The results show that the prestressing force is proportional to the interference and its distribution is uniform at the edge of the wheel hub and it reaches to the maximum. Besides the maximum deformation between wheel and axle happened at the inner side of the wheel hub and the outer side deformation is smaller. When the interference ranges from 0.31mm to 0.37mm, the deformation becomes smaller, which is beneficial to slow down the dynamic effect between wheel and axle.
