光声信号亚波长成像分辨率的分析与实现

摘    要:为提高光声成像的亚波长分辨率,探究了光声信号产生的机理,并对其亚波长分辨率进行了傅里叶分析,发现普通正折射率透镜难以对携带诸多物质细节信息的倏逝波进行成像,通过COMSOL Multiphysics有限元模拟软件对声学超透镜进行建模和仿真,结果发现在该声学透镜对声波的调控作用下,倏逝波在近场区域能够实现较好的成像效果,在对样品进行制备与测试后,实验与仿真效果基本吻合,证实了该声学透镜的实用性。

Abstract:In order to improve the subwavelength resolution of photoacoustic imaging, the mechanism of photoacoustic signal generation was explored, and Fourier analysis of its subwavelength resolution was performed. It has been found that ordinary positive refractive index lenses are difficult to image evanescent waves carrying detailed information of many substances. The modeling and simulation of the acoustic hyper lens by COMSOL finite element simulation software show that the evanescent wave can achieve better imaging results in the near field region under the acoustic lens"s regulation effect. After the sample was prepared and tested, the experiment and simulation results were basically consistent, confirming the practicality of the acoustic lens.
