基于机器视觉的炮管校直内孔直线度检测

摘    要:炮管内孔直线度检测是炮管校直的关键技术。为了实现炮管的自动化校直,对炮管校直内孔直线度检测的原理进行了深入研究。提出了一种利用CCD相机的新型光轴式炮管校直内孔直线度检测的方法,解决了现有检测方法的自定心机构在移动过程中发生旋转而引入检测误差的问题。根据所提出的检测方法,设计了炮管校直内孔直线度检测装置;特别设计了一种新型自定心机构能够检测带有膛线炮管的直线度,其结构简单、装配误差小,可以减少由定心机构所引入的误差。通过计算分析,该检测装置可以达到0. 005 mm的检测分辨率。实验结果重复性精度较高,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract:The straightness detection of the inner bore of the barrel is the key technology for the straightening of the barrel. In order to realize the automatic alignment of the barrel, the principle of straightness detection of the inner hole of the barrel is studied in depth, and a new method for straightening the inner hole of the optical axis barrel using CCD camera is proposed. The problem that the self-centering mechanism of the existing detection method rotates during the movement to introduce detection error is solved. According to the proposed detection method, the straightness detection device for the inner hole of the barrel is designed. A new self-centering mechanism can be used to detect the straightness of the barrel with the twist line. The structure is simple and the assembly error is small. The error introduced by the centering mechanism can be reduced. Through calculation and analysis, the detection device can achieve a detection resolution of 0.005mm.The repeatability accuracy of the experimental results is high,which has certain engineering application value.
