摘    要:为了改善聚氨酯海绵的吸声特性,采用有机硅改性的方法对其进行了研究。在制备的过程中,通过添加有机硅对聚氨酯海绵进行改性,对比了改性后与非改性材料的吸声性能,探究了其随频率变化的关系,测量并分析材料和空气层不同厚度时的吸声系数。通过实验深入探究了该材料对不同频段噪声吸声能力的差异以及材料和空气层不同厚度对材料吸声系数的影响,为该材料在汽车中的应用提供了指导。

Abstract:In order to improve the sound absorption characteristics of polyurethane foam, the silicone modified method was studied. The polyurethane sponge was modified by adding silicone, and the sound absorption properties of the modified and non-modified materials were compared. their relationship with frequency was explored, and the sound absorption coefficient was measured and analyzed at different thicknesses of the material and the air layer. Through experiments, the material''s difference in sound absorption ability of different frequency bands and the influence of different thicknesses of material and air layer on the sound absorption coefficient of the material were thoroughly explored, which provided guiding significance for the application of this material in automobiles.
