摘    要:本文提出了一种基于电机定子电流的齿轮故障诊断方法,相对于齿轮故障诊断的一般振动信号诊断方法,该方法可实现远程诊断、便于安装且受环境噪声影响小的优点,是一种无损的故障诊断方法。本文针对电机驱动的齿轮传动系统,建立了负载转矩对电机定子电流的理论模型,并分析了各种状况时的定子电流频谱特征,发现可以利用基频与转频的变频带、基频与啮合频率的边频来判断齿轮断齿故障和磨损故障。通过matlab/simulink对电机齿轮系统进行了仿真,并在实验平台上进行了验证。

Abstract:This paper proposes a gear fault diagnosis method based on motor current signature analysis (MCSA). It is a nondestructive fault diagnosis method. Its?advantages include remote diagnosis, easy to install and less affected by environmental noise. This paper established a theoretical model of the influence of load torque on motor stator current, and analyzed the spectrum characteristic of stator current. It is found that the fault type of the gear can be diagnosis by the side frequency band of the fundamental frequency and the side frequency and the meshing frequency. The phenomenon is verified in Matlab/Simulink, and the gear faults are finally successfully detected on the experimental platform.
