RDX基含铝炸药本构关系实验研究

摘    要:为了获取RDX基含铝炸药的本构关系,采用分离式霍普金森实验技术,对RDX基含铝炸药进行了冲击压缩实验和微观组织分析,获取了其在820~1400s-1应变率范围内的宏观力学性能和微观破坏模式。结果表明:该RDX基含铝炸药的宏观力学性能和微观破坏模式均与应变率密切相关,采用修正的朱-王-唐(Z-W-T)非线性粘弹性本构模型可较好的描述该RDX基含铝炸药的力学行为,拟合曲线和实验曲线吻合良好。

Abstract:In order to obtain the constitutive relation of RDX-based aluminized explosive, the impact compression tests of RDX based aluminized explosives were carried out by split Hopkinson pressure bars(SHPB),and the macroscopic mechanical properties of samples in the 820~1400s-1 strain rate range were obtained. The microstructures of the samples in different states were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the macroscopic mechanical properties and microscopic failure modes of the RDX-based aluminized explosives are all closely related to the strain rate. The modified Z-W-T nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive model can describe the mechanical behavior of RDX-based aluminized explosive, and the fitting curves are in accord with the experiment curves well.
