| 摘 要： | 为观察金铃子散及其各单味药对小鼠镇痛作用的影响，通过热板法和醋酸扭体法研究了金铃子散及其单味药的镇痛作用效果。结果表明：金铃子散复方及其单味药水煎液可使热板法小鼠在给药后30min，60min，90min及120min痛阈值明显延长，醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数明显减少（p＜0.05，p＜0.01），其中金铃子散作用效果最为明显。可见金铃子散具有明显的镇痛作用，且镇痛效果优于单味药。

Study on the Analgesic Effect of Jinlingzisan Compound |

| Abstract: | In order to compare the analresic effect therapy with Jinlingzisan form compound Chinese traditional medicine and single Chinese herb, the analgesic effect of Jinlingzisan and its single herb was studied by hot plate method and acetic acid writhing method. The results showed that the Jinlingzisan compound and its single herb decoction could significantly prolong the pain threshold at 30 min, 60 min, 90 min and 120 min after the administration of hot plate, and the number of writhing caused by acetic acid was significantly reduced (p <0.05, p<0.01), among which Jinlingzisan had the most obvious effect. It can be seen that Jinlingzisan has obvious analgesic effect, and the analgesic effect is better than that of single herb. |
