汽车半主动悬架系统阻尼可调减振器AMESim模型参数辨识

摘    要:为了建立阻尼可调式减振器AMESim模型,通过对电磁阀式阻尼可调减振器的力学特性研究建立最初的减振器AMESim模型,然后通过实物测量得到AMESim模型的部分参数。然后利用遗传算法,并根据减振器示功特性实验数据对阻尼可调减振器模型复原阀、流通阀的阀口参数进行辨识。最后进行阻尼可调减振器实际特性实验和AMESim模型仿真特性实验,对比阻尼可调减振器AMESim模型力学特性与实际阻尼可调减振器的力学特性。结果表明所建模型可用于减振器控制算法的设计和估计减振器台架试验中难以测量到的动态数据,为汽车阻尼可调半主动悬架控制研究奠定基础。

Abstract:In order to establish the damping adjustable damper AMESim model, the mechanical characteristics of the solenoid damper adjustable damperwas used to investigate to establish the initial damper AMESim model.Some parameters of the AMESim model are obtained by measuring objects. Then, using the genetic algorithm, According to the experimental data of shock absorber performance characteristics, identifying the parameters of restoring valve and circulation valve of the damping adjustable shock absorber model. Finally, carrying out the actual characteristic test of damping adjustable shock absorber and the simulation test of AMESim model. Analyzing the results of the experiment. Comparing the mechanical characteristics of the damping adjustable shock absorber AMESim model with the mechanical characteristics of the actual damping adjustable shock absorber. The results show that the model is correct and accurate.It is concluded that the established damping adjustable damper AMESim model can lay the foundation for the research of vehicle semi-active suspension control with adjustable damping.
