摘    要:为探索氨气泄漏应急水喷淋对氨气的吸收规律,本论文在分析国内外氨气泄漏应急喷淋吸收的相关文献基础上,以氨气泄漏应急水喷淋系统为研究对象,分析喷嘴的雾化特点,采用物理实验方法,研究水喷淋系统的喷雾粒度对氨气泄漏应急喷淋吸收效率的影响规律。结果表明:水压、水量、喷雾粒径等因素均对氨气的吸收效率有着重要影响,氨气泄漏喷淋系统选择喷头时,既要考虑到喷雾粒度也要考虑到水量。

Abstract:In order to explore the ammonia absorption law of emergency water spray in ammonia leakage, this paper analyzes the nozzle of ammonia leakage emergency water spray system based on the analysis of related literatures on ammonia spray emergency spray absorption at home and abroad. This paper studied the atomization characteristics by physical experiment method and then studied the influence of the spray particle size of the water spray system on the absorption efficiency of ammonia spray emergency spray. The results show that the factors such as water pressure, water volume and spray particle size have an important influence on the absorption efficiency of ammonia gas. When the ammonia gas leakage spray system selects the nozzle, it is necessary to consider the spray particle size as well as the water volume.
