摘    要:国产手提式13 kg F-12气瓶在生产过程中,发现比国外相同规格的产品壁厚大一倍,重量也相应增加一倍。为了分析产生这种差异的主要原因,对此气瓶进行了实际应力的测试与分析。应力与应变的测定采用电阻应变测量法。由实际的应力测试数据,从壁厚强度、设计压力、焊缝系数、冷作硬化等方面进行了研究。

Abstract:During the producing process of the portable 12kg F-12 gas cylinder,it was found that the wall thickness of the product was twice as that of the foreign analogues ones,and its weight increased accordingly.To analyze the main factors which caused such a difference,the practical stress of the portable 12kg F-12 gas cylinder was measured and analyzed in this thesis.The stressstrain under the designed pressure was measured and studied by the resistance-strain measuring method.According to accurately measured stress data,the following factors were studied:intensity of the wall thickness,the designed pressure,coefficient of the welding seam and the cold hardening.
