亚共晶高硼铁基合金的组织和性能

摘    要:采用药芯焊丝埋弧堆焊方法制备了亚共晶高硼铁基耐磨合金.借助光学显微镜、X射线衍射、扫描电镜及电子能谱仪等手段,研究其显微组织及形貌,试验结果表明,基体组织由大量胞状铁素体+少量马氏体组成,硬质相由M2B, M3C, M8(B,C)构成,存在于共晶组织,其中M代表Fe, Cr,V和Mn四种元素.此外,加入一定含量的钛,改变了共晶组织形态并使显微组织显著细化.磨损试验结果表明,当载荷低于34.3 N,高硼铁基合金的磨损失重与载荷成正比,但大于34.3 N时,由于磨粒微切削阻力大于其驱动力,磨损失重反而下降.

Abstract:Hypoeutectic high boron iron-based wear resistant alloys are hardfaced by the method of flux-cored wire submerged arc welding.The microstructure and morphology are investigated by optical microscopy(OM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The results show that the matrix is made up of a large number of cellular ferrite and a small amount of martensite,and the hard phases which consist of M2B,M3C and M8(B,C) are contained in the eutectic structure,...
