车床端面加工的高效夹具之设计

车床加工是机械加工最普通和最普遍的内容之一。当进行端面的批量加工时,通常采用单件加工的方法,但是其加工效率常常是非常低下的。作者在长期的实践和研究的基础上,通过采用创新设计的高效夹具使工作效率大大提高,并由此得出了该类高效夹具之设计的一般方法。

A Design of High-effective Fixture for the Lathe Face Cutting

The lathe is widely used in machine cutting. At present when we need cut a batch of face, single method is usually chosen to cut. So the cutting effective is very low. In this paper a new innovation design is advanced which is based on largely practice and research. And this design could improve the work efficiency more.
