自动变速器电控系统测试仿真台的研究与开发

摘    要:自动变速器ECU是进行自动换档关键部分,能否正常工作直接影响到换档品质、驾驶舒适性。进行仿真研究可以缩短研制周期、节约研制经费。针对轿车自动变速器电子控制单元所需的外围参数,模拟ECU工作时所需的汽车行驶环境,研制开发自动变速器电子控制器测试仿真台。并在仿真台上进行换档规律及行使过程的试验分析,试验证明所设计的仿真台可以正确模拟汽车行驶过程中变速器各参数变化规律。仿真台的成功研制为开发自动变速器系统提供有价值的参考资料。

Abstract:Automatic transmission ECU (Electronic Control Unit) is the key of shifting automatically. It directly influences the shift quality and the driving amenity whether ECU can work normally. Simulation can shorten the research and development cycle and save fund. According to the peripheral parameter for automatic transmission ECU working, we simulate the road environment, research and develop the testing Simulative system of automatic transmission ECU. At the same time the shift rule and running process are put to test and analyze. The testing results gotten from the simulation system prove that it is able to satisfy and is reliable for simulating the variable rule of all automatic transmission parameter. The simulative system provides references to research and development of automatic transmission.
