| 摘 要： | 高新科技创新过程具有内在规律性，高新技术创新企业在创业期的投资供求具有特殊性，无形知识资产转化为有形资产或物化产品需要大量风险投资。可通过建立专业性和兼业性风险投资公司，并进行规范化监控管理；以财政投资注入方式为主设立风险投资基金并逐步转入政策扶持、优惠补偿和有偿周转，实现风险资本与高新科技产业有机结合。

| Abstract: | New hi-tech innovation has its innate law. The supply and requirement of investment in the new hi-tech enterprises have peculiarity in their development stage since the conversion from invisible knowledge to visible capital or materialized products involves great risk. By setting up professional and concurrent venture company with normalized supervision and management, and by establishing venturous investment foundation that is to be gradually converted to preferential subsidiary compensation and profitable circulation fund with financial input as the major mode of the investment, the organic combination of venture and new hi-tech industry can be realized. |
