| 摘 要： | 国家高新区从创立至今,已成为带动地方经济发展的重要增长极。采用DEA方法分析国家高新区经济系统运行效率,发现目前多数高新区无论是技术还是规模都处于无效的状态,剖析了其内生发展模式存在的问题,并针对性的提出政策建议,对加快国家高新区的可持续发展具有深远的战略意义。

| Abstract: | Since the establishment of National High-tech zone,it has been an important growth pole to drive regional economic development.This paper uses DEA to analyze the economic systems' Operating efficiency of National High-tech zone.The result shows that most National High-tech zones are ineffective both on technique and scale.Then we parse the problems of the National High-tech zone' endogenous development model and make policy recommendations according to the problems.And these recommendations will have a profound strategic significance on the sustainable development of National High-tech zone. |
