| 摘 要： | 生物催化手性合成是近些年来备受关注的一个重大课题，生物催化的手性合成反应条件温和、环境友好、高效率和高选择性。这使它成为当今手性合成方法研究的热点和发展方向。本文就近几年来，尤其是2000年以来在这些方面的研究进展作一总结。
