摘    要:利用热重法研究了一种用于生产丙烯腈的多组分钼铋催化剂的补氧再生本征动力学。通过应用Achar-Brindley-Sharp微分和Coats-Redfern积分对照的方法得到了动力学三因子,分别为:活化能125.4kJ/mol,指前因子(A)为1.82×108min-1,动力学机理函数的积分形式为g(α)= ln1-α),表明再氧化反应机理为单分子成核生长。

Abstract:The intrinsic kinetics of reoxidation of a multicomponent molybdate catalyst for propylene ammoxidation have been studied by thermogravimetric techniques. The kinetic triplet of this reaction was obtained by comparison of the Achar-Brindley-Sharp differential and the Coats-Redfern integral equation. The activation energy and pre-exponential factor (A) were found to be 125.4kJ/mol and 1.82×108min-1, respectively. The kinetic model is best expressed by Avrami-Erofeev equation i.e., g(α)=-ln(1-α), suggesting a nucleation and growth mechanism (n=1).
