摘    要:采用共沉淀法制备了n=nZn2 /nAl3 =2,3,4的类水滑石,并以其为前驱体在500℃焙烧4 h得锌铝复合氧化物.用抑菌圈法研究了锌铝复合氧化物对枯草杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌能力.通过FTIR,XRD,BET,DSC等手段对样品进行了测试和表征.结果表明锌铝复合氧化物对细菌具有良好的抑菌能力.

Abstract:Various measuring methods,such as BET,XRD,DSC,FTIR,are used to perform the studies of the samples of n(Zn/Al)=2,3,4 mixed oxides,which are obtained from the calcination of the precursors of the hydrotalcite-like compounds(HTLcs) preparing with the coprecipitation method.The mixed oxides' antibacterial activity on bacillus subtilis and staphylococcus aureus are made by cup-dish measure.The results reveal that the mixed oxides are effective antibacterialagent.Finally,antibacterial mechanism of ZnO are discussed.
