荷载作用下老采空区“三带”变形规律的数值模拟研究

摘    要:运用东北大学岩石破裂中心研制的RFPA2D软件,以山西省霍州市辛置煤矿2204工作面为试验基地,利用数值模拟方法,分析了不同开采深度、松散层厚度、荷载大小和荷载作用位置对采空区岩层"三带"下沉值的影响,系统地探讨了覆岩移动与破坏规律。试验结果表明:松散层厚度、荷载大小一定,在附加荷载的影响深度范围内,当附加荷载作用于不同的位置时,"三带"岩层的残余下沉值随着采深的增大而逐渐减小;当荷载作用位置相同时,荷载对采空区"三带"岩层的影响随着荷载的增大也不断增大;开采深度、荷载大小一定,当附加荷载作用于不同的位置时,"三带"岩层的残余下沉值随着松散层厚度的增大而增大;在附加荷载影响深度范围内,当荷载大小一定时,荷载作用对内边缘区的影响最大,其次是外边缘区,影响最小的是中间区。

Abstract:By using numerical simulation method,this paper mainly analyzes different mining depth,different loosen thickness,different loads and different loads places of the effect on the residual sinking value of the three zones of the overburdened rock mass,and inquires into its regulation of the movement and damage.It is based on the RFPA2Dsoftware,developed by Northeastern University Center for the rock burst,and used xinzhi coal mines 2004 as the trial base,which is belong to Shanxi Huozhou.The results showed that: the residual sinking value of the three zones of overburdened rock becomes smaller with the increment of mining depths,if the additional loads acting on the different locations with a certain loosen thickness and a certain loads,when the impact of the additional loads is within the depth range.The effect of the three zones of rock becomes bigger with the increment of loads,if the loads is placed on the same place when the impact of the additional loads is within the depth range.The effect of the three zones of rock becomes bigger with the increment of loosen thickness,if the loads is placed on the different place with a certain mining depth and a certain loads when the impact of the additional loads is within the depth range.The impact of the loads is biggest in inside edge of area,and then in the outside edge,the last one is in the center of area,if the additional loads is in a certain size,when the impact of the additional loads is within the depth range.
