| Abstract: | Based on the research of construction and development of Shenzhen Modern Communications and Information Prooessing Research Laboratory of Shenzhen University, the major factors affecting the development of the laboratory are analyzed in this paper. It is proved by practiees that the laboratory fulfills the great-leap-forward development because of these factors. The discussion provides theoretical evidences and practical experiences for the forthcoming upgrade and development of key research laboratories. |
