摘    要:网格技术可以集成利用Internet环境中大量的闲置资源来提供强大的服务能力。本文基于注塑模优化设计网格平台,利用网格环境中的资源来解决注塑模具复杂的优化设计问题。借助于Kriging方法建立翘曲与优化参量间的函数关系,然后利用所建立的近似函数进行优化设计,并把此方法发展成为一个网格算法。通过封装了该网格算法的优化设计算法,在网格平台上对一手机壳上面板的翘曲变形进行了优化设计。结果显示:该算法合理高效,所建立的网格平台能够满足优化设计的需要。

Abstract:There are massive idle resources on the Internet that can be employed to resolve coordinately some large scale difficult problems by grid techniques. A sequential approximation programming based on the Kriging surrogate function is presented to do processing optimization for injection molding on the grid environments. As an example, the processing optimization of cellular phone cover is investigated, in which mold temperature, melt temperature, injection time and packing pressure are regarded as design variables. The optimization results show that the proposed optimization method can effectively improve the injection conditions, and the framework for optimization is well suitable for grid computing.
